Users may purchase or access Parawani Books, Parawani Ank editions, Jain religious books, spiritual literature, publications and selected digital content through the website, subject to availability. All content is intended for personal, religious, educational and spiritual use only. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without written approval.

4. Payment Collection and Routing

Payments for Parawani Books, Jain religious books, publications, subscriptions and related product orders shall be collected under Mahaveer Keval Foundation (MKF). PASAG Donation shall be collected under PASAG Vihar Foundation (PVF). Sat Kshetra Donation shall be collected under Mahaveer Keval Foundation (MKF). Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment gateway providers.

5. Donations and Receipts

Donations are voluntary contributions and shall be used for the charitable, religious, spiritual, educational and welfare objectives of the respective foundation. Donation receipts and applicable documents will be issued after successful payment and internal verification.

6. Shibir and Event Registration

Users may register for shibirs, spiritual programs, events and related activities through the website. Each program may have separate registration requirements, contribution amount, eligibility conditions and cancellation terms, which will be mentioned on the relevant program page or communicated separately.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide true, accurate and complete information while placing orders, making donations or registering for programs.
• Use the website only for lawful, respectful and religious/spiritual purposes.
• Do not misuse payment, registration, donation, content or communication systems.

8. Shipping, Refunds and Cancellations

Shipping of physical books and publications shall be governed by the Shipping Policy. Refunds or cancellations, if any, shall be handled as per the Refund Policy. Donations are generally non-refundable except in genuine and verified cases such as duplicate payment, wrong payment or technical error.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, books, publications, audio, video, pravachan material, digital content and documents, belongs to the respective organisation or is used with permission. No content may be copied, modified, reproduced or distributed without prior written approval.

The organisation shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to incorrect information provided by users, payment gateway or banking errors, internet issues, website downtime, courier delay, third-party service interruptions or unauthorised use of user credentials.
