Books, Publications and Subscriptions

Payments for Parawani Books, Jain religious books, Parawani Ank editions, spiritual literature, printed publications, subscriptions or digital access are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed, dispatched or digital access is activated.

Refund or replacement may be considered only in genuine and verified cases such as duplicate payment, failed transaction, wrong payment, non-fulfilment due to unavoidable reasons, or damaged/missing shipment verified by the team.

Donations

Donations made through the website are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.

PASAG Donation shall be collected under PASAG Vihar Foundation (PVF). Sat Kshetra Donation shall be collected under Mahaveer Keval Foundation (MKF).

Refund may be considered only in genuine and verified cases such as duplicate payment, wrong amount entered by mistake, failed transaction where amount is debited but not received, or technical error in payment processing. Refund approval shall be at the discretion of the concerned foundation after verification.

Shibir / Event Contributions

Refund rules for shibir/event registration may vary depending on the program. If a specific cancellation or refund timeline is applicable, it will be displayed on the relevant registration page or communicated separately. If no specific refund rule is mentioned, shibir/event contributions are generally non-refundable after successful registration.

Refund Request Process

For refund requests, users must share full name, registered mobile number, payment date, amount paid, transaction ID/UTR number, reason for request and payment screenshot, if available.
